A few words about the Medflo apricot variety

Medflo is a self-fertile apricot variety that matures 7 days after Mediabel.

It originates from a random seedling of the varietal improvement program by the French company NEWCOT and is published in Europe by the French IPS as well. It has an abundant flowering and medium blooming season.

The tree has semi-erect behavior and moderate vigor. It is fruiting on all types of branches, long or short. The volume of production of this variety is very satisfactory and is entering production rapidly.

The fruit of Medflo is 3A in size and elongated to round in shape.

Its flesh is firm and its taste is excellent in aroma and sugars but also juicy.

Its coloring is 50% red especially in areas where the fruit is better lit and BRIX levels 14. The harvest season of Medflow is very important as the market is empty.
